3. Services Offered
23 Marlin Dive Centre provides:
- Commercial mermaid courses (Basic, Ocean)
- Professional certification courses (Instructor levels)
- Mermaid business development and consultancy
- Ocean diving trips to various international locations
4. Eligibility
Participants must:
- Be at least 6 years of age for mermaid courses
- Meet any physical requirements for diving activities
- Complete all required waivers and medical forms
- For instructor courses, meet all SSI certification prerequisites
5. Payment and Pricing
- All courses require full payment in advance
- Payment methods include credit/debit cards and online payment systems
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Special promotions may have additional terms and conditions
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before course start: Full refund
- Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund
- No refunds for no-shows or cancellations after course commencement
- Refunds for returned goods (equipment) will be issued after inspection
7. Certification
- Certification is contingent upon successful completion of all course requirements
- SSI certifications are issued according to SSI standards
- One free re-examination chance is offered (terms apply)
8. Safety and Liability
- Participants must follow all safety instructions
- 23 Marlin Dive Centre is not liable for:
- Personal injury when safety guidelines are not followed
- Loss or damage to personal equipment
- Acts of nature or unforeseen circumstances during ocean trips
- Participants must have adequate travel insurance for international trips
9. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, videos, and photographs remain property of 23 Marlin Dive Centre
- Media content may be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed
- The “Mermaid without Boundaries” tagline and other branding elements are protected
10. Collaboration Terms (for Business Partners)
- Location collaborations require advance booking and payment of pool fees
- Sales commissions are paid according to agreed structures
- Team development collaborations require minimum 1-year commitment
- B2B pricing applies to qualified partners
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
